This total-body fitness program will give you a jump start to better health. And, boot camp is a great value: You’ll get the support and accountability of a group workout combined with the individual attention of personal training to help you achieve the results you want. Your instructor will challenge you to achieve more than you thought possible. In fact, you’ll see results after just a few sessions!
Boot camp fitness programs are known for being highly efficient. Each 1-hour, calorie-blasting workout uses a combination of calisthenics, plyometrics, core workouts, body weight exercises, strength training, and high intensity interval training (HIIT). G60 Boot Camp uses exercises in different combinations to create muscle confusion, so you get better results and don’t’ get bored.
The workouts are typically in a circuit-based format, and each movement pattern includes different modifications or progressions to accommodate multiple fitness levels. Your instructor will show you how to use equipment such as medicine balls, kettlebells, and battle ropes to blast your way to a whole new level of fitness. When weather permits, some workouts can even be taken outside.
In addition to your customized group workouts, you’ll receive a personal fitness assessment (PFA) at the beginning on the program. This will include an assessment of your cardiovascular fitness (VO2 max), a movement screening, and measurements of your height, weight, body fat percentage and body circumferences. After your first month, these numbers will be taken again so you can track measurable progress and see your results.
You’ll also receive a complimentary training session with a Genesis Health Clubs’ personal trainer, and a one-on-one nutrition consultation with a certified nutrition specialist. You’ll also be invited to attend a monthly nutrition seminar taught by the Personal Training Coordinator at your location.
All G60 Boot Camp instructors are experienced personal trainers with Genesis Health Clubs. They each hold an accredited certification in personal training from the National Council of Certifying Agencies (NCCA), and some instructors hold multiple certifications.
